SAISA South Points #4

Summary

Saturday, September 28:

The day started out with a nice north east breeze around 8-12kts. While slowly shifting to fill in as a sea breeze. Very stable wind in the morning until around 12:30 when the wind slowly died off to around 5-6 from the east-south east. We had one re-dress with a broken tiller extension that was granted. The wind shut off to about 2-3kts from the south, wanting to fill but never did so we held onshore during a rotation. It wasn’t long before it picked back up and then slowly died off again. The last start was at 2:58pm ending the day. Thanks to Sean Cornell for serving as PRO, Eckerd College Tritons for running the event, Matt Peterson ‘18 for serving as mark set, and Jon Faudree from JU for serving as the SAISA Rep and assisting with rotations. Congrats to the USF Bulls for the victory!

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
