Arctic Circle Team Racing Invitational

Nice sunny and cool day starting with N 1-7. After a wind delay a round-robin was complete by 3:00. A chilly sea breeze filled in from the East and except for the temperature, the sunset was gorgeous. A second round commenced but was only 72% complete. With no racing Sunday, the second round was expunged.

All races on Sunday were cancelled. The heavy morning snow was more that anticipated. It did change to sleet late morning but it was pretty nasty either way.

Huge thank yous to Franny Charles and Wally Corwin for helping run races and managing the sailing pavilion for both the Arctic Circle Invite and the Wood trophy run by Harvard. Also thanks to Charlie and Sabina for taking finishes of all 48 races.

All races were sailed in Fireflies.
