Day one of the 2022 Truxtun Umsted Regatta brought picture perfect conditions along with a whole heap of motor boat traffic. Eight races were completed in each division in a 6 knot southerly that gradually built all the way up to 18 knots at it's peak. One boat suffered a breakdown that took it out of the rotation, and one protest was heard that resulted in a DSQ.
Day two of the 2022 Truxtun Umsted regatta did not have the greatest conditions. Two A division races were completed in a 5 knot North Easterly. B division rotated in, started a race that was eventually abandoned and then B division headed to shore for an on land postponement. Luckily, a light sea breeze trickled in at 1330 that allowed the final two B races to be completed. One request for redress was heard that was denied. A big thank you to PRO Steve Podlich for running the races all weekend and congratulations to the Georgetown Hoyas for winning the 2022 Truxtun Umsted!

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
