Sunday Salve Invite

Summary

Sunday, March 29:

The afternoon forecast arrived early and delivered a full day of big breeze in Brenton Cove. Wind came from the WSW, clocking SSW after the first race. At 13-19kts, oscillating shifts were accompanied by significant geographic lifts on both sides of the course.

Thank you to our Alumnae, Charlotte Martinez ‘22, and Olivia Lowthian ‘24 for braving the chilly, blustery conditions and running races. Thanks also to NEISA Rep Carter Brock (BU) and Quentin Chafee (MSM) for knocking out all protest and breakdown hearings during offsets!

The only penalties resulting from protests today were a DSQ for boat 9 in 5B and RDG to boat 13 in 5B.

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
