Another great day on the Salt Pond. The forecasted rain held off and never quite materialized, allowing for nine races in a building ENE breeze. The fleet navigated a tricky windward mark location and enjoyed some exciting downwind legs, with even a few masts hitting the water at times. Racing remained tight amongst the top of the fleet with BU, URI, and Tufts regularly placing in the top five. In the end it was the BU Terriers who came out on top, URI earned a strong second on their home waters, and Tufts rounded out the podium after a well fought battle. Well done to all competitors.
Many thanks to the URI squad on race management, and a special shoutout to the four graduating seniors who competed today.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
