The Little 3 invite saw many of the faces of Lake Champlain weather. Racing was delayed by 45 minutes in the morning to allow a system of squalls to dissipate over the mountains, but the first A/B rotation still saw 15kt winds and 1.5 ft waves into early afternoon. By 4pm the wind had died entirely and some sun peaked through the clouds, but racing was delayed only briefly before the next system of light weather brought enough breeze to finish the day. Twelve races were ultimately sailed with some very close finishes.
It was great to host Dartmouth, Amherst, and UMass Amherst, and congratulations to the graduating seniors on their final collegiate regatta - Evelyn Lane, Shannon Fitzgerald, Ariana Schreibman, and Kate Myler.
Thanks to the group of Middlebury parents who endeavoured to fix our zodiac engine in the rain, and to Rich Connell for the same. Huge thanks to John Fulghum, Christopher Fridlington, Talia Trigg, and Annabelle Wyman for their intrepid Committee Boat services, and to Jonny Eaton for radio shore support. Also to Will Proctor and the rest of the Midd support and grill team for making the Hopper Pavilion hospitable.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
