Saturday's wind was MIA in the morning due to effects from the hurricane. The start was postponed until 1300, when the sea breeze filled in at 8 kts for race 1. Temps were mid 80's for water and air. The breeze built to 11 kts as the afternoon progressed. All races sailed in the bay, 1-2 ft. Race 5 concluded at 1600.
Sunday began with typical Corpus weather, with 12 kts at 0900 report time. First race at 1102, with all races sailed in the bay, wind 12-14 kts, waves 2-3 ft. Temps were mid 80's for water and air, making for a perfect day of sailing. Races 6-10 concluded at 1348. After clean-up winners were announced, sailors enjoyed the pool, and everyone headed home by 1500. Thank you to Corpus Christi Yacht Club for hosting the event and CRO Melia Culp for her work running the regatta.
