Breeze averaged in the mid 20s. After 4 races the peaks reached the upper 30s and sailors were held on the dock until racing was called off for the day.
Shifty breeze brought conditions from 5 to 25. 8 races were able to be completed in each division. Congratulations to Hampton University for winning the 2023 Luce Trophy and the top 6 teams for qualifying for the War Memorial Conference Championship.
