A great day of racing on Harpswell Sound. Ten races were completed in each division right off the docks at the Coastal Studies Center. Courses were W-3s, 4s, and 5s. The breeze ranged from 5-15 knots from the S, SE. A big thanks to Stu MacNeil and Fiona Gordon for running races and the Polar Bear Undergrads for helping with logistics. A huge thank you to the Barnett Family for their continued support of the regatta! One protest was heard at the end of the day resulting in a DSQ. More racing tomorrow.
After a brief delay, teams left the docks at the Coastal Studies Center around 1030 AM to a light southerly. The breeze filled in but never really settled into a direction until the very end of the day. 6 additional races were completed in each division. A huge thank you to Fiona Gordon and Stu MacNeil for running races, the Polar Bear sailors that handled all the boat and shore logistics, and Preston Anderson '22 and Lucas Johnson '22 for handling the scoring. A big thank you to the Barnett Family for their continued support. Yale edged Bowdoin for the win.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
