What a great day of Laser racing on Lake Mendota! The conditions were great, a bit overcast, but the wind was blowing a consistent 10 mph, with buffs getting up to about 16 mph. There was a bit of rain, but it didn't stop us from racing. Ten clean races were sailed thanks to our great RC staff, Noah Janssen our PRO and Fields Gunsett our chief judge. Because we were able to get so many races off, we were able to make this regatta a one day event. Congrats to those who qualified for nationals and thanks to all the volunteers who came out to help run a very successful event!
Due to great conditions on Saturday, we were able to complete all of the races in one day.
The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
