KP Women's Regatta

Summary

Saturday, September 7:

Racing concluded today at the KP Women's Regatta with 10 races in winds from 3kts to 15kts from many Northerly directions.

I'm happy to announce that USMMA-Kings Point is fielding our first Women's Double-handed teams since 2003, and I also heard that Princeton is fielding a women's team for the first time in many years. Congratuations to both schools for getting it going!

VERY SPECIAL thanks to the midshipmen that gave up time with their families on this Parent's Weekend to help run the regatta, and to those that talked their parents into helping out as well!

Sunday, September 8:

No racing today, despite a few attempts on the water. Congratulations to Grace Howie '20 and Cortney Reilly '20 (FRD) on winning this 10-race regatta by just 2 pts.

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
