The inaugural Oyster Bowl enjoyed the first taste of Fall weather in the Chesapeake Bay region. A cold front that followed The remnants of Hurricane Michael brought brisk northwesterly winds to the St. Mary's River. The breeze started as a light northerly that backed and built to a 15-18 knot northwesterly. As the day wore on, the breeze shifted back to the north and dropped to the 8-10 knot range with big shifts.

PRO Charlie Lomax ran 8 W-4 courses for both Fleets in this new combined-division event. Thank you to ICSA president Mitch Brindley, Kevin Jewett, and Janel Zarkowsky for serving as protest committee. One protest was heard, resulting in one DSQ.

Sunday, October 14:

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
