No wind = no yachting on the Charles today.
Another tricky day on the Charles. Breeze ranged in velocity from 3 to 9 kts from the NW-N-NNE. Thanks to Spencer Cartwright for acting as NEISA Rep, and to the coaches for hearing protests.
