St. Mary's Fall Interconference

Summary

Saturday, September 24:

Northerly breezes from 5-8 knots stuck around all day for 10 races in each division with a boat switch after 9 races. Wonderful job by guest PRO Rob Hurd keeping on top of any shifts along with the Seahawk team members. Judge Guy Barbato heard one protest with Dillion Paiva which was dismissed. Navy leads heading into Sunday action.

Sunday, September 25:

Sunday brought the famed "Bridge Breeze" (Northeasterly) direction; characterized by major shifts, lulls and generally dicey sailing conditions. The Big Green of Dartmouth overtook the Midshipmen and earned the victory. The Seahawks worked hard to get in a 15th race for A div, but ran out of time to get the matching B. Two protests were heard resulting in one dsq.

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
