After a brief postponement, the wind filled in from the southwest and maintained a relatively consistent 6-12 knots all day. The sun peeked through the clouds in the afternoon to make for a beautiful day of fall sailing. Eight races were completed in both A and B division. There was one protest which was disallowed.
Sailors headed out on the water early to try to finish the last race of the round robin. However, the storm moved in faster than expected and sailors were sent back in before a race could even be started. With thunderstorms poised to be looming for the duration of the day, racing was cancelled and sailors were sent home.
Congratulations to Dennison for taking 3rd place, Northwestern for 2nd and Michigan for taking the win. Huge thanks to George Griswold and all of the Michigan volunteers that helped run a great regatta.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
