Sailors gathered at Salve's Waterfront center for the second annual Sister Esther Open at 0930. The first race was started at 1030 in a WNW wind at 10-20kts. Breeze shifted west as the day progressed and 6 races were sailed in each division. Two protests were filed resulting in two DSQs. Special thanks to Skip White from URI and Ben Greenfield from Boston University for hearing protests. At the end of day one, the Coast Guard Bears have the lead!
