Saturday, April 6:

The Ocean County Spring Open started the regatta off with winds out of NNW ranging from 12 to 18 knts throughout the day with temps in the mid-40s. The first set saw a number of teams capsize early in A-Divsion. Eventually, winds began to settle later in the day making for some great racing. Hampton University ended the day in first after completing 7 races in both divisions.

Sunday, April 7:

Sunday's weather greated the sailors with beautiful weather with temperatures in the low 50s and wind coming out of the north ranging from 5-8 knots in the morning. After race 9A the wind clocked to east-southeast bringing in a nice seabreaze for the sailors. Congratulations to Hampton University for winning the regatta by over 30 points to second place NY Maritime. Rounding out the top five teams were St. Mary's in 3rd, Princeton Uninversity in 4th and KP in 5th. Big thanks to the Toms River Yacht Club for their continued support and allowing us to host the regatta this weekend. Thank you to our volunteers which included PRO Russ Lucas, Keaton Rose, and Kyle Donnelly

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
