Inconsistent wind in the morning turned to at least 15 knts E sustained by midday, with gusts up to 28 knts recorded. Wind was shifty due to easterly but only required one significant course change. 6 races in A and 4 races in B were completed for a total of 10 races. Ended around 3:00pm as wind was getting inconsistent.
Sunday started with lighter winds that required postponement on the water for the beginning of the day. It picked up to 15 knts E around 12pm, allowing for 6 races before the wind died at 2pm and was insufficient for racing. Congrats to WWU for winning among the current students, and UW and UO for 2nd and 3rd respectively. Congrats also to UW alumni who won the alumni regatta (not listed on Techscore). Thank you to everyone who attended, and to alumni Philip and Torrin for running races!
