Charley Dole PCCSC Women's Fleet Race Championship

Summary

Saturday, April 15:

Sailors were greeted with a 8 knot Westerly breeze that turned into 12 knots as the day progressed with 1-2 waves.

The race committee was able to get off 10 races on the day in the great conditions and will look to complete 6 more races tomorrow to reach the maximum races scheduled for the event.

Thank you to Eric Dowd, Joseph Politi, and Tristan Richmond, UCSB '22 for helping run races today.

Sunday, April 16:

Conditions were lighter today, with a 4-6 knot Southerly that provided some shifty and puffy conditions for the sailors.

The race committee was able to get off 4 races before the breeze died and racing was called off for the rest of the day.

Thank you to UCSB sailing team members David Alexander and Julia Roudebush for helping out on race committee today and thank you to all the teams for coming out and helping contribute to some great racing over the weekend.

Congratulations to Stanford for sailing a great event and winning the Charley Dole PCCSC Women's Fleet Race Championship.

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
