Racing began at 1000 with a 12 kt southerly breeze. We completed three races per set for the entire day with A and B staggering starts. The wind continued to build to about 16 kts that sustained the rest of the day with the highest gusts at 22 kts. After six races, there was a short lunch break. Twelve races in each division were completed by 1600, and the sailors were sent in.
