After a slight delay to accommodate for teams searching for parking, the fleet of first year sailors launched their boats for day one of racing. The weather was chilly and cloudy and the puffs were strong and numerous, but the fresh talent of the MCSA handled it well, with only one capsize. The courses were W4s and W5s. Eight races were sailed in the A division and six in the B division.
Sailors arrived to slightly colder but much sunnier conditions for day two of racing, starting with the B fleet. Six B division races were sailed and four A division races. Scores were close as the day wore on, and the fleet was fighting for the lead. Three protests were filed, resulting in two disqualifications. Thank you and good job to all the competitors!

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
