Saturday was a beautiful day of sailing. The shifting morning wind settled to a sustained 8-10 wind out of the south allowing for the completion of 3 rotations. Racing was completed at 4PM after the completion of race 6B.
Unfortunately no races were completed today. The skippers meeting was held at the scheduled time of 10AM followed by a postponement and eventual abandonment at 11:45AM. The scheduled forecast promised no more than 2 mph of wind and any puff that filled in was followed by 0 mph less than a minute following. Overall, the rotations completed Saturday were consistent wind and we felt it unnecessary to lead people into a day of floating. We thank all teams for attending.
