Summary

Saturday, March 27:

The sailing was hosted at the Western Carolina Sailing Club by Clemson. The first 2 A and B sets were sailed in a 7-11mph Northerly with gusts to 15. Over the course of the remaining races the wind shifted to the east gradually dying to 2-5mph with gusts to 10mph. Racing was completed at 3:44pm. All races were Windward/Leeward courses. GT was penalized in B division for use of illegal substitutions due to illness/absence of necessary competitors. Large thanks to Austin Clary and Clemson sailors for running the RC and races. Also a huge debt of gratitude to Patrick Hopp and Richard Walcott from WCSC for helping to facilitate and make this event possible. Also thank you to Auburn, Georgia Tech, Tennessee, and Vanderbilt for staying after to help us load our boats and equipment onto the trailers. Finally, congratulations to CofC for their win. - Camden Simon

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
