A great day of racing on Harpswell Sound at the 2026 Nicholas Barnett Trophy. The day started with the dedication of our new fleet of FJs. We truly appreciate all the supporters that made the new fleet possible.
The breeze started north, shifted to the NW and died. We were postponed until 2 pm when the seabreeze filled. 6 races were completed in each division. All courses were W-4s. A big thank you to the Polar Bears that ran the regatta including Kate Lavallee, Kai Olson, Owen Benison on the start boat, Lucca Antonietti, Owen Warren on the mark boat, and Chris Dakers, Georgia Neaderland, Finn Taylor, Mo Hijazi for managing the docks and rotations. Congrats to Bowdoin on the win.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
