This was a difficult day of sailing for both the RC and sailors, but 6 races were ultimately finished.
The breeze started out as a relatively steady northerly, but rapidly began shifting, resulting in an abandoned start. After resetting the course for an easterly, a start was completed and 2 legs of racing were completed before a persistent shift skewed the course and made racing unfair.
A sea breeze then began dominating the land breeze around 12:30 p.m. and 6 races were completed in between southeasterly and southwesterly wind (for a 210 degree shift throughout the racing day). Wind was generally in the 3-5 knot range with some larger puffs and fairly flat water.
All courses were W4s of 14-15 minutes in length for the first boat, though there was generally a 2-3 minute spread in the fleet. While there were a couple general recalls, no protests were filed and no boats were OCS. Thanks to the sailors for being patient and flexible with the challenging conditions. Thanks to Brown Coach Izzy Cox and the Yale subs for helping on the RC boat.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
