Teams arrived to a glassy lake on Saturday morning and were postponed ashore briefly while we waited for a nice North slowly shifting northeast breeze line to meet us to start the day. Teams officially launched at 10:30am and RC was able to start races by 11:10am. The day brought a steady 6-10knots for most of the morning and slowly died off every hour. As we neared 3pm breeze finally shifted further east and stayed below our 4knot minimum and the regatta finished with 8 races. No protest or breakdowns were filed.
Congratulations to the Stanford Cardinal for their win of the 2026 AllState Sugar Bowl Regatta. This years recipient of Reese Perpetual Trophy goes to skipper Alice Schmid and crew Avery Peterson.
Thank you to Stanford and USF for traveling to attend this event, our host at Southern Yacht Club, the AllState Sugar Bowl Committee, and Tulane University for making this another successful event!

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
