North/North

Summary

Saturday, November 4:

Saturday began with a 30 minute delay due to a passing lightning storm. After the storm passed, a shifty and gusty 4-10kt southerly filled in and RC was able to set a course. Wind stabilized throughout the day to a consistent 7-10kts. Twelve races were run, mostly W4 and W5. Racing concluded around 5:30pm. No protests and no breakdowns were reported.

Sunday, November 5:

On Sunday morning, sailors were greeted with an unfortunate lack of breeze. Teasing patches of wind would occasionally fill in from the east, but never stuck around long enough to set a course. Racing was called for the day at noon. One request for redress was filed and given.

Thank you so much to our PRO Stephanie Arnold and University of Washington alumni Cora Knauss, Joanna Garcia, Austin Hauter, and Hayden Potter for running races this weekend!

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
