Wisco Womens

Summary

Saturday, October 22:

A wonderful late fall day graced the sailors today. Conditions were great for racing with highs in the upper 70s and 10-15 knots of sustained breeze coming from the south. 7 races were sailed in each fleet with no protests filed and only one redress hearing. Conditions tomorrow are looking a tad bit more sporty but should be another great day of racing. Thanks to our wonderful alumni race committee Zach and Ben and our Chief Judge Fields Gunset along with protest committee members Drew and Steve.

Sunday, October 23:

We had another beautiful day on Lake Mendota today. We were able to get in another three races in both A division and in B division. The wind was similar to yesterday with a gusty 10 to 15 knots from the Southeast, with very flat water. Again the Wisconsin Sailing Team would like to thank our PROs Ben Witman and Zach Childs, our chief judge Fields Gunsett, and judges Steve Dolan and Dean Drevlow. We would also like to shout out Wisco volunteers and our coach, Ian Beckley.

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
