A fun and blustery North, North-East wind running from 9 to 19 knots made for fun racing all day today. PRO James Bland, helped by Ravi Subramanian '91 and Kim Scheberle (Young) '94 ran efficient and tight races. We're grateful that Bob Gross and Nan Taylor '84 were on hand as safety boat. So many thanks to all of the volunteers without whom college sailing couldn't happen!
We were also happy that we were able to host the parents of Kathryn Hammond, and grateful for their generous donation of a memorial trophy in her honor.
Racing was tight at the top with KU and UT sailings taking turns with the lead, looking forward to Sunday with 6 more races to go.
The hoped for northerly never filled in this morning, so racing was called for the day. Many thanks to our returning race crew, including Ray Schull.
Congratulations to The University of Texas at Austin with Theresa McComiskey and Warren Wegener sailing in A division and Reilly Linn, Chloe Jin, and Blake Birdwell sailing in B division for the for the overall victory! Hook 'em!
Reilly, Chloe, and Blake won B division honors, with Seamus Hendrickson and Emma Russin from KU winning A division with a very strong performance. Congratulations to all

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
