Coed Showcase Championship

Saturday, October 19:

Hello Sailors! Connecticut College is excited to host the Coed Showcase finals.

The Sailors arrived to a light NW Breeze. We sat on shore until 2PM when a WSW breeze hit the river at 6-8 knts. The breeze held for 4 races in each div and shifted to West. We did 3 races in the West until the Sun set behind Campus. Thanks to Mike Kalin for being the rep and the 3 judges Trevor Long, Alex Moreno and David Larson. Sailing will continue on Sunday at 10am

Sunday, October 20:

Hello ICSA!

What a great day to Sail on the Thames River. The Wind was coming down the river from the North @ 4-6 knts. We sailed 2 B races and 1 A race before it died and went to the SE. We finished the with a few races from the SE. Congrats to BU for Winning the Showcase and sailing a great event. Thanks to all that volunteered for the event.
