Caboose Cup Classic

Summary

Sunday, October 20:

Teams were greeted by cold temperatures, pouring rain, and a strong northerly breeze this morning. The fleet sailed out in to the Lagoon, in between the Washington Sailing Marina and Reagan National Airport. Six races were completed in a 8-10 knot northerly, building to 15 knots, and with oscillating shifts. No protests were filed.

Congratulations to the Hoyas, Jack Reiter ('22) with Eva Fortunato ('23) for winning the first annual Caboose Cup Classic!

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
