Saturday morning was cloudy, cold, and gusty. There was a 30-minute start delay due to high wind speed and cold temperatures. The first race started at 10:00am, and 7 races were completed in each A and B division. Winds averaged 12-15mph, and the temperature stayed in the 40's all day.
Thank you to John Flannery, Randy Rohrbeck, David Bass (UCO), and the Kansas Sailing Association for serving as Race Committee and providing equipment. Thank you to the University of Central Oklahoma for assisting KU in providing lunch. Finally, thank you to Martin and Cecilia Burke for providing warm drinks and heaters on a cold day.
