Racing postponed until noon. Light NW wind died at 10:45, light SW for first set. Wind shifted left all day and ended at SE. 6A and 4B completed. Immediately after the start of 5A, the crews from Yale and Tufts fell out of their boats simultaneously.
New day with NW 8-16 kts and very shifty. Five races were sailed on the old fashion Gold Cup course, but planing occurred only in the puffs. Final five races on windward/Leeward, stretched to six legs. A few protests and one breakdown. Yale won several races to take a 12 point lead, but the Mystic Lake wind shifts doomed their chances in the last race.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
