All teams showed up bright and early on Saturday at Lake Lansing for the Cedarfest Regatta. It was cloudy and low 50’s. It was very gusty and the lowest recorded wind speed was 17mph coming from the North. Unfortunately because of the high winds we called off all racing on Saturday.
Sunday the weather was on our side. Cloudy with the sun just peaking out to keep us warm in the mid 50’s. Winds were coming from the North and the Northwest at 10 to 17mph. We set up a double windward leeward course. We got 10 races in. Medals were award to the first, second, and third place for A and B fleets and to the top three school over all.
