Day one of the 2025 Truxtun Umsted saw a 6-12 knot north wind that shifted slightly west as the day went on. Eight races were sailed per division with no breakdowns, protests or requests for redress. Six more races are scheduled for Sunday.
Sailors arrived on day two to a 10-12 knot North-north-westerly. Six races were completed in each division. One breakdown request was filed that was denied. Thank you to Grant Garcia and John Becker for serving on Race Committee and to Bradley Adam and Brendan Shanahan for hearing the breakdown request. Congratulations to the home team for winning the 2025 Truxtun Umsted Regatta!
