Seven teams arrived for the SAISA Conference Women's Invite hosted by the USF Bulls on Sunday, March 23. Clemson, FSU, Rollins, Jacksonville University, and Palm Beach Atlantic challenged two USF teams. Combined A and B division fleet racing resulted in 14 boats on the line, excellent practice for the upcoming SAISA Women's Spring Championships at USF.
Winds were ENE at 8-10 knots at the 10am start time and competitors enjoyed sailing in Tampa Bay with steady but slowly dying winds. The incoming tidal current was fairly strong but equal across the course. All courses were W4's and ranged from 12 to 20 minutes in length.
Competitors returned to the dock shortly after noon for a break. Unfortunately the dying breeze resulted in an early conclusion to the regatta. One protest was heard resulting in one disqualification. Congratulation to host Bulls Team 1 for their victory.
Thanks to all competitors for their participation and to volunteer jurors from JU and PBAU.

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
