America Trophy

Summary

Saturday, April 19:

One race was completed in each division after many attempts. Wind did not cooperate but demonstrated all different directions in strength of 1-4 knots most of the day. Better conditions are forecasted for tomorrow! Stay tuned!

Sunday, April 20:

Report time was moved up to 0830 because of Saturday's wind. 11 races were completed for both divisions in a steady 10-17 from the NNW. Points were at a premium all day long. MAISA awards were given out on the North Lawn following the final race. Congratulation to all the winners, and to the Georgetown Hoyas for winning the MAISA Fleet Race Championship. Thank you to our umpires Doc and Clark. Thanks to our PRO Reed. Safe travels to all teams.

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
