Immediately following fleet racing, teams rotated into z420s to begin team racing qualifiers. Breeze was 6-10mph out of the north. Unstable breeze presented a challenge for PRO Rick Dominique, but Rick and KP support staff, successfully completed two full rounds before the end of the day. Thank you to Johnny Northfleet and competing coaches for umpiring. Kings Point leads with a 3-1 record going into final round Sunday.
Forecast was a light breeze out of the north. PRO Rick Dominique started racing on time at 10am. Kings Point was able to close out the regatta with a win over SUNY Maritime, in the first race of the round. SUNY secured second, beating third place Hobart William Smith in last race of the day. Thank you to umpire crew Tony Weiner, Eric Johnson, Spencer Kriegstien, and Cormac Murphy. Thank you to Kings Point sailors and support staff for running a smooth event over two days.
