Racing was delayed about an hour due to temperature below freezing. As soon as the air temperature hit 32, we rigged boats and got out on the water to begin races. Wind was very shifty, so setting a course was difficult and took some time. Wind ended up being mostly out of the NW, varying from 2-15 knots with occasional gusts. Wind tended to increase as they day progressed.
Racing was again delayed about 30 minutes due to air temperature below freezing. Winds were light, about 5-7 knots out of the ENE. Wind gradually died throughout the day, and the Race Committee was not able to get race 6B in due to lack of wind. As the wind died, it shifted to E.
