Competitors were greeted by a cool northerly breeze on the James River this morning that ranged from 4-12 knots throughout the day. The breeze was very shifty varying from the east all the way to the northwest. It made course management very difficult and two races were abandoned due to shifts. All races were W4 except race 4 and race 10, which were W3s. Thank you to Jeffery Attardi and Ben Kempton for race committee work today. One breakdown was heard and disallowed.
Sailing continued this morning on the James with a slightly less shifty northerly breeze ranging from 5-10knts. Six races were completed to fulfill the rotation, all races were W4 except race 16, which was a W3. Two protests were heard resulting in two DSQs.
Congratulations to the Eckerd Tritons for defending the Hanbury Trophy!!!
Thank you to Dan Fermaglich, Kate Gomes, Ed Lane, Ben Kempton, Jeffery Attardi and all of the Captains that helped run a great event. Happy Easter!

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.
The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
