Long Beach Black Invite

Summary

Saturday, March 7:

The Gold and Silver (black) format is a new format that the PCCSC is using to help better prepare our sailors. The Gold and silver fleets are determined by a committee based on past performance. The idea is to get like competition sailing against each other to make the racing closer and more competitive. The conference coaches were on hand to coach any player that wanted help. A debrief for each fleet was run at the end of the day, which consisted of sailors asking questions of each other and sharing good information with each other.

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
