NWICSA women's champs was hosted on Bellingham Bay. The morning started with southerly 12 knots and rain. As the morning went on the rain died, sun came out, and the wind oscillated back and forth between south and west until finally stabilizing at a nice 8-12 knots.
No racing on Sunday, a Double round-robin was completed on Saturday.
