Waited for wind until around noon, when the breeze filled from the North/Northwest starting out around 5 knots and built to NNE 15-18knots by the end of race 10. All races were W-4's.
Wind filled around 11:30 and race 11 started around noon. Breeze remained light from the NE, 3-7 knots. One protest was filed resulting in a DSQ. Thanks to KJ from Navy for hearing the protest and all of the coaches for adjusting marks to keep racing going in the light shifty conditions.
