Races started on time at 10:00am. Wind was on the higher side around 15-19knts which made the races very efficient and we where able to complete 6 races per fleet.
In race 1B there was an incident at the starting line which resulted in a collision between boats 5, 6, and the committee boat. Boat 5 and the committee boat show no significant damage. However boat 6 was made inoperative with a bowling ball sized hole in the starboard bow. Boat 6 was replaced with boat 2 for the remainder of the regatta.
Races started slightly delayed at 10:11am. The wind was light and shifty around 4knts, there was also a layer of mist that made the say extra moist.
4 races per fleet where planed however, due to decreasing wind speeds and inconsistent conditions, only 2 races per fleet where conducted. Thus the regatta concluded with 8 races per fleet.
Races concluded at 12:10 and was immediately followed by awards.
