2021 Women's Atlantic Coast Championship

Summary

Saturday, October 16:

It was beautiful, but tricky day on the Charles. The wind was from the SSW with velocity ranging from 5 to 17 knots with some wacky puffs and shifts. There were even a few capsize inducing auto-tacks. Courses were W-4s with the finish line outside the pin. Many thanks to Stan Schreyer for serving at PRO! Thanks also go to Juliana Ruggieri '23 and her Mom, Julie Wilson, for helping Stan on the RC boat. We would also like to thank our great team of judges: Art and Jennifer Rousmaniere, Tony Weiner and Alex Moreno.

Sunday, October 17:

It was another great day to be sailing in Boston! Breeze direction ranged from NNW to NW to WNW with velocity fluctuating from 6 to 16 knots. Courses were W-4 and W-5. Many Thanks to Jack Schwab '25 and Dylan Ascencios '24 for helping with RC duty. Also great thanks to our team of judges: Jennifer Rousmaniere, Art Rousmaniere, Tony Weiner and Alex Moreno. Shout out to Mike Kalin for acting as the ICSA Rep. Congratulations to Yale on the big win!

Score history

The following chart shows the relative rank of the teams as of the race indicated. Note that the races are ordered by number, then division, which may not represent the order in which the races were actually sailed.

The first place team as of a given race will always be at the top of the chart. The spacing from one team to the next shows relative gains/losses made from one race to the next. You may hover over the data points to display the total score as of that race.
