14 teams representing 12 colleges came out for some racing on the Charles. The breeze ranged from 0 to 12 knots from the North and Northwest. There were some big shifts and fluctuations in the velocity. All the sailors handled the conditions well. We were only able to get in 4 races in each division.There were no protests. Amherst was a no show. Plymouth State is listed as a no-show, because their sailors are not in the database but they did sail.
