5 teams arrived bright and early Saturday to a delicious pancake breakfast and light winds that filled in right around start time. NE winds 5-10 knots lasted through mid-late afternoon allowing a full rotation of races to be completed before a certain football team took the field that evening. The event was completed on Saturday.
Congrats to Denison for winning the 2014 Big Red Regatta. Thanks to Jamie Jones (OSU '98) for being PRO, Erin White (Denison '15) for running the event, and Nic Lyman (Denison '16) for wrangling marks. Special thanks to the parents of the sailors that gave up their Saturday of Parent's Weekend to help run the event, especially the Lymans, Mrs. White and Mrs. Sherman-Jolli.
