Regatta started on time with no problems. There were a total of 15 boats racing with Ohio State and Ohio University with two teams. Conditions were ideal with great weather and the breeze starting around 5-10 and building throughout the day. Race committee was very qualified. Safety boats were run by volunteers from the OSU sailing club. Regatta Chair was Emily Schneider, an active OSU sailing club board member. Eight races were completed for both A and B divisions. There was one jib halyard breakdown in race 7A which was quickly replaced with a different boat. Other than that there where no problems and day 1 ran smooth.
Scheduled start time was 9 am report and 9:30 am first start. Teams were slow to arrive but the day started on time. Regatta staff was the same as day 1. Conditions were similar but with more breeze. Scheduled end time was no races after 12:00pm. Races 9 and 10 were completed by both A and B divisions. Awards were presented for first through third for both division and overall.
