Light winds greeted the 14 teams and after a slight delay to sea breeze filed in and 12 races were conducted. Coast Guard was leading at the conclusion of the day. Many thanks to PC students Samantha and Emily for assisting on the RC boat. Also thanks to John Mollocone and the Brown Team who loaned us FJs so we could accommodate additional teams.
No protests and no breakdowns were recorded.
A brisk NW wind greeted the teams. After fixing a minor equipment issue 8 additional races were concluded, for a total of 20 races. BC came on strong and passed Coast Guard to win the event by 5 points. Thanks to Emi Smith and Betsy Aitken who assisted with RC duty. One breakdown as awarded and there were no protests. Again thanks to Brown for loaning us FJs.
