Sailors arrived at 9AM to overcast weather and a good northern wind. We were out on the water by 10AM to start our first race. The wind held throughout the rest of the day at 10 knots with some gusts up to 14 towards the end of the day. Though we were concerned about the weather, it held out for the day. We continued sailing until 4PM were able to complete 16 races. We had 5 capsizes, one of which resulted in a DNF, but no serious issues.
Sunday had similar conditions to those on Saturday. It was an overcast day with 14 knots of wind out of the northeast, occasionally swinging more easterly and gusting up to 17 knots. We completed 4 races today and finished sailing at around noon.
